Built from primary sources and cited; drafted with more than one AI model and compared; fact-checked and reviewed by a person; written for where the reader lives, down to the ZIP code; no commissions or referral fees (paid by the reader; anyone listed pays a flat, disclosed fee); corrected for free when an error is ours; readable by design (hyperlegible type, WCAG 2.2 AA target); and every guide comes with an AI companion document the reader can load into their own assistant.
